Style and comfort - I bought this shoe for myself, using the size suggestions that I go up a size when ordering and after wearing them a couple of days, I gave them to my daughter who loves them and wears them perfectly as I needed yet an additional size larger. Normally I wear a size 8 and one half and ordered a 9. I have since ordered a 10 and that should work. I love the style which looks like a boot with jeans and the quality is superb. It is great to be able to slip in and out of a winter shoe as we don’t wear shoes in our home.
Love these clogs! I have a pair of these that I’ve worn to death, so I needed a replacement. They are just the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, and I turn to them when I need pure comfort and am not too concerned with fashion. I brought them as a back-up comfortable shoe on a trip to Europe and ended up only wearing them the whole time. I am usually a size 10 and wear a 41 in these. They do take some getting used to because they slide in the back a bit when you walk in them, but that is how they are intended to fit.
I have been eyeing a pair of Dansko clogs forEVER, and I’m so glad I finally bit the bullet and got them. It took me 3 pairs to find my fit (Zappos, I love you, don’t change a thing - returns/exchanges are so easy!), but find it I did and I practically haven’t taken them off since. The sizes are off - I always wear a 10 in US sizes, but a 41 in EU. But need a 42 for these clogs, and it fits perfectly. Love the black oiled.
I bought the clogs for my daughter. I already have a pair and I LOVE them!!! She is very busy running around at college and needed a comfortable shoe. She hasn’t stopped telling me how comfortable these clogs are. She wears them everyday….as I do. After a while they seem to go with everything!! Shopping with Zappos.com was great. Easy return with postage paid. (I bought her a size too small and needed to make an exchange.)

I thought I just was not use to them yet because all spring and summer I wore the Dansko opened clogs. But now a month or so later, they are so loose that I’m afraid it causing problems with my hip. It may be purely coincidental, but I wear these shoes on a daily basis, including working as a hairstylist, and normally they relieve any kind of back trouble or leg pain and I have been having alot of both. The following questions will mostly be answered about my left shoe, because the right feels fine. I have had several pairs of these shoes and normally cannot live without them. Something just is not right with these.
Great comfort - goes with everything - I am in school to become a teacher - I knew I needed to find a shoe I was comfortable in all day! This is my second pair of Danskos and I highly recommend them! I get leg pain when I change shoes from day to day - Dansko Lolita Sandals are great and go with any type of outfit and still look dressy. Now I only wear my Danskos or my tennies and my legs and back are much better off! The fit across the top of my foot was a bit tight - I am waiting for the leather to loosen up a bit!
Great shoe, just not totally stylish! I wasn’t sure I was going to like the fit. I had bought and then returned another pair of Dansko clogs. I had really wanted the black felt with leaf pattern. They had a horrible fit. They were much too tight no matter what size I got. My friends have them and all say the same thing. So…I was pleasantly surprised when the black oiled fit fantastically. They are so comfortable and easy to walk in. I have a heel issue that has virtually disappeared in these shoes. My feet actually ache when I am not wearing them! I just wish they had as much style as the black felt with leaf pattern. I have also been out in the cold weather for extended periods and they seem to keep the warmth in. Dansko Lolita Sandals. I am looking forward to the winter with these shoes! I am usually an 8/8.5; I had to get a size 9 which fit perfectly. Don’t be afraid to go that one size up.
Can walk long distances, but beware with high arch - I bought Danskos because I envied my friends their comfortable, slip-on, not totally unattractive shoe. The first time I wore them, I walked about a mile and a half in them without any rubbing or pinching, unusual for the first day in a shoe. The only thing I would say is that the shoes are true to size, but require a medium-thick sock to fit perfectly, particularly if you have high arches like I do.
This is my second pair of Dansko Shoes. It was recommended to me by foot Dr. and then again by my Back Dr. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I have worn. I have diabetic feet and comfort if of the utmost of importance. I am very happy I tried them, the difference if in my posture and walking is very wonderful. I hear Dr’s wear them in the operating room during long hours of surgery. I highly recommend them to any one who is looking for comfort for you feet and better posture and an ability to walk better.
Wonderful shoes to work in - These are the most comfortable shoes that I have owned to work in. I work at a hospital and am on my feet for 8-12 hours and these shoes don’t make my feet hurt. They are wonderful shoes and I would suggest them for anyone.

Love this shoe! This is the first time that I splurged and purchased such an expensive shoe. It is money well spent. I do feel that when the shoes first arrived that I was a bit concerned because they were a bit snug on my feet, however I knew that I would not fit in to the next size up, they would be too big. So I kept them and wore them around the house for a week and then little by little they did stretch out. I am very happy with these Dansko shoes and I am thinking of ordering the same shoe in brown.
Dansko shoes fit my feet - There is simply no other brand of shoes more comfortable for me. This is the primary Dansko model, and it is excellent. But all their shoes work for me-it’s just a great last for my big old achy feet! Okay, it’s not a Manolo mule, but it looks okay. The big bonus, though, is that you don’t want to cut your feet off at the end of the day.

Dansko shoes fit my feet - There is simply no other brand of shoes more comfortable for me. This is the primary Dansko model, and it is excellent.
